My deep interest and love for Analysis started when I studied Fine Art Painting at Brighton University in 2006. Themes of Archetypes, Symbolism, Magic and Realism underpinned my degree years which were happily spent developing and continually engaging in direct communication with my imagination. Many years later, going through the very same therapy process that I studied has helped me to release some deep core wounds and limiting beliefs around self worth, self acceptance and fear of judgement. It’s been a very valuable and humbling journey resulting in me becoming comfortable and confident in being able to express myself creatively and authentically from the heart. I offer Analytical Hypnotherapy to help with limiting beliefs and fears around creativity and self expression. I know from personal experience how valuable analysis is and the insights that are gained from working with the Subconscious. As you progress through each session, you will gain a deeper understanding about the root causes of limiting beliefs and fears you hold and how low self esteem and low confidence are keeping you in procrastination and negative loops of stuck-ness. Your imagination is the doorway into your own medicine and when your imagination works together with your subconscious, there is opportunity to release and update unprocessed emotions and memories and bring forward new creativity and without old limitations.
